House near railway line in Ballineen, Co. Cork

This abandoned house, which is now in the middle of a car scrap yard, has distinctively ‘railway’ chimney stacks and is situated around two metres from the way of the old line. An old Ordnance Survey map shows a level crossing and a signal post adjacent to this structure. Note the religious pictures.
