Situated around 1.5 miles north of Timoleague, the trackbed of the former Timoleague & Courtmacsherry railway as it passed through Ummera woods near Inchybridge. This 9-mile extension (1890-91) to the fishing village of Courtmacsherry left the CB&SCR’s Clonakilty branch (1886) at Ballinascarty.
